Rope Street Tattoo is a fictional one-artist studio in Brașov's old town. This page shows what changes when the website answers for her.

"I have gloves on six or seven hours a day, so I can't touch my phone. I answer DMs at night, usually nine hours after someone wrote. Every quote needs the size, the placement, the colour and a reference, so a booking is about seven messages over two or three days. The tourists are only here for two or three days. By the time I reply, a lot of them have left."

The front door
The customer describes the idea in their own words, in English, German or Romanian, with a photo if they have one. The AI reads it into size, placement and colour. They see a duration and a price range, only the times that fit the job and their days in Brașov, pay the deposit and are booked.

The rules
Duration, price, deposit and which days fit come from Mara's own studio rules, never from the AI. Cover-ups, hands, neck, face and anything over 25 cm go to Mara to look at first.

The autopilot
Confirmations, a second nudge, releasing a silent slot 24 hours ahead, offering it to the waitlist, prep reminders, aftercare, the day-3 check-in and the week-6 touch-up all go out on their own, and each one lands in a log with the minutes it saved.
